My experience comes from ten years of being active in the real estate business in all over Georgia , dealing with all sorts of properties.  I obtained my Georgia “Certified Professional Home Inspector” license in 2015.

 

I’ve inspected every kind of house that there is in Atlanta to Savannah and all of middle Georgia. From historic, 100 year old pier-and-beams, to high-rise condos in downtown, to slab houses in the suburbs.  I’ve seen a lot in ten years and I want to bring that experience to you, my customer. I believe that communication is key, particularly if you are a first time home buyer. It’s important that deficiencies and/or issues that are uncovered are explained in a non-technical manner, so that you have what you need to make the best decision for you and your family.
